Activity Programs Director

The employer is seeking an Activity Programs Director to promote resident socialization, growth, and development through the planning and implementation of diverse activities. The role covers physical exercise, entertainment, social, religious, and creative programming. The director will also develop monthly newsletters, coordinate community event calendars, and manage seasonal decorations. Typical duties include overseeing the Transportation Team, including hiring and training, and providing technological support to residents. This position requires working collaboratively with management and corporate support teams while effectively communicating with resident family members.
