Cable Work Assistant

The employer is seeking Cable Installation Helpers to join their team in Pensacola, Florida. This entry-level position requires no prior experience, as comprehensive training will be provided to all new hires. Successful candidates will work 12-hour shifts, assisting with various aspects of cable installation and maintenance projects. Two distinct compensation structures are available. Under the first option, helpers working as part of a 2-person crew will be compensated at an equivalent of $45 per hour, supplemented by a $50 daily allowance per person. Accommodation for this option is self-arranged. Alternatively, the second option offers a flat rate of $300 per 12-hour shift for helpers, with company-provided accommodation. Typical duties for cable installation helpers include assisting lead technicians with the pulling, laying, and connecting of various types of cables, preparing work sites, operating basic hand tools, and adhering to all safety protocols.
