Driver earnings for 5-car hauls range from $4,500 to $5,100, while 8-car hauls can bring in $5,800 to $7,800 per 7-7.5 day trip cycle. Experienced drivers may immediately qualify for the 34% rate. Additionally, drivers can earn an extra $100-$200 plus tips for transporting personal belongings within the vehicles. Candidates must possess a CDL-A license with at least two years of experience. The fleet includes late-model trucks such as Volvo 2025, Freightliner 2026, and Kenworth 2024. A key perk for drivers is the option to park their truck near home, subject to agreement.
