CDL-A Driver — Conestoga / Reefer

The employer is seeking CDL-A drivers for Conestoga and Reefer operations based out of Elgin, Illinois. Drivers have the flexibility to choose between a percentage-based pay of 32%-33% of gross revenue or a mileage-based rate of $1.00 CPM for solos and up to $1.30 CPM for teams. Average weekly earnings range between $4,000 and $4,500, with no deposit required and payments issued every Monday. The fleet consists of brand-new 2026–2027 Volvo trucks, and drivers are permitted to take their trucks home to any state with company-paid parking. Typical duties include transporting freight across various routes, securing loads for Conestoga trailers, and monitoring temperature-sensitive cargo for Reefer units. The company provides full transparency by sharing rate confirmations and allowing drivers to select their own routes to maximize profit. Home time is flexible, offering 3-4 days off after 3 weeks on the road or a full week off after 4 weeks. Drivers based near Chicago can enjoy home time almost every weekend.
