CDL-A Driver - Conestoga / Reefer

The employer is seeking experienced CDL-A drivers for Conestoga and Reefer routes. This full-time position offers competitive pay, averaging $4,000-$4,500+ per week, with weekly payouts. Compensation options include 32-33% of gross for Conestoga loads, $1.00 CPM, or up to $1.30 CPM for team drivers. No deposit is required, and detention and layover times are compensated. Drivers will operate new Volvo 2026-2027 trucks, which can be taken home to any state, with the company covering home parking costs. The main yard is located in Elgin, IL, with an in-house shop. The company offers flexible home time, such as 3 weeks on with 3-4 days home, or 4 weeks on with up to a week home. Drivers in the Chicago area can expect to be home almost every weekend, and routes are customized to driver preferences. Additional benefits for new drivers include covered initial travel expenses (first ticket and hotel) and training paid at $150/day.
