CDL A Driver (Solo, Team, Owner-Operator)

SAMCO FREIGHT is actively seeking CDL A drivers, including Solo, Team, and Owner Operators, to haul Dry Van, Reefer, and Hazmat freight. The employer offers a competitive weekly salary, with Solo drivers earning between $3500-$5500 for Reefer/Hazmat loads and $2800-$4000 for Dry Van. Team drivers can expect to earn $2400-$3500 per week per driver. Owner Operators benefit from a 10% dispatch fee structure. Drivers will operate a modern fleet of 2023-2025 Volvo and Freightliner trucks, with PM service performed every three weeks. The company provides 24/7 dispatch service and maintains a dedicated yard and workshop with skilled mechanics in Cincinnati, OH. Drivers will primarily handle regular routes, including stable West Coast loads and dedicated Drop & Hook lines, ensuring consistent employment. Additional benefits include weekly safety bonuses and clean inspection bonuses. Compensation for detention is provided at $35 per hour for up to 5 hours, with a layover bonus of $150 per day for longer delays.
