Job description

Arg Systems Inc. is seeking experienced CDL-A Dry Van Truck Drivers. This position offers competitive pay, with drivers earning up to $2,900-$3,000 per week, or $0.75 per mile, or 30-32% of gross revenue. A sign-on bonus of $1,500 is provided, along with additional bonuses for inspections. The employer operates a yard in Chicago, IL, with routes primarily covering the Midwest and South regions. Drivers residing in Chicago can expect weekly home time, while drivers from other states will be on the road for 3-4 weeks followed by 5 days off. The fleet consists of new trucks (up to 2026 models) equipped with road-facing cameras only, and spare trucks are available during maintenance periods. There is no deposit required. Drivers will benefit from 24/7 support from experienced dispatchers with over 15 years of experience.
