CDL-A Dry Van Driver

JET FREIGHT is hiring experienced CDL-A Dry Van Truck Drivers for dedicated long-haul routes. This full-time position offers consistent round trips between Chicago, Illinois, and the West Coast, primarily California, Nevada, and Utah. Drivers are on the road for 5-7 days and are home for every restart. Drivers are compensated at $0.75 per mile for all miles driven, plus $50 for each extra stop. The compensation package includes a $2,500 bonus for driving 160,000 miles per year (a volume our drivers typically achieve in approximately 10 months). Additional bonuses range from $100 to $300 for clean inspections and a $1,500 referral bonus. The employer operates new equipment, including Freightliner Cascadia 2026-2027 and Volvo 2027 trucks. Routes involve drop and hook operations in Chicago and deliveries/pickups on the West Coast, with cross-dock facilities available in Salt Lake City, Reno, Sparks, Sacramento, and Stockton.
