CDL-A Dry Van OTR Truck Drivers

The employer is seeking experienced CDL-A Dry Van Over-The-Road (OTR) Truck Drivers for consistent routes primarily between Chicago and California, with additional routes through Denver and Dallas. The main base of operations is in Chicago, IL, where dispatchers are also located. Drivers can expect to be home weekly for their restart, ensuring a good work-life balance. Compensation for this role includes $0.75 per mile, $150 for downtime, and an additional $50 for each extra stop or delivery. The company provides a modern fleet of 35 trucks, featuring new 2026-2027 dry van trucks and new 2027 trailers. Drivers will benefit from permanent routes between terminals, with 100% drop & hook in Chicago and an average of 50% drop & hook overall. The company maintains two terminals in Ontario, CA, Commerce, CA, and Chicago, IL. For vehicle maintenance, there is an in-house service facility located in Elk Grove Village, IL. In the event of a breakdown on the road, prompt service is dispatched, or a replacement truck is provided. Drivers who independently resolve minor mechanical issues are compensated for their work.
