CDL-A Dry Van Truck Driver

Jet Freight is seeking experienced CDL-A Dry Van Truck Drivers for consistent, dedicated routes operating between Illinois and the West Coast. Drivers will benefit from operating modern equipment, including 2026-2027 Freightliner Cascadia and 2027 Volvo trucks, ensuring reliable and comfortable long-haul journeys. The primary routes cover Illinois ⇄ West Coast, specifically traveling through California, Nevada, and Utah along the I-80 corridor. This position offers competitive compensation at $0.75 per mile, with all miles paid. Drivers typically cover 3,500-4,500 miles per round trip. Additional earning opportunities include $50 for each extra stop, performance bonuses of $100, $200, or $300 for clean inspections, and a $2,500 annual bonus for reaching 160,000 miles. Drivers are on the road for 5-7 days per trip, with guaranteed home time for every restart. The work environment features efficient drop & hook operations in Chicago and handles deliveries and pickups on the West Coast, utilizing cross-docks in Salt Lake City, Reno, Sparks, Sacramento, and Stockton.
