CDL-A Owner-Operator Truck Driver

Hils Trucking LLC is seeking Owner-Operators for a professional partnership featuring a 'Smooth Start' dispatching program designed to maintain consistent cash flow. The company offers competitive gross earnings ranging from $8,000 to $16,000 per week, depending on your trailer type, schedule, and driving style. Drivers benefit from full transparency regarding rates and factoring deductions, as well as a 24/7 dispatching service that negotiates rates on your behalf while leaving the final load decision to you. The role supports Dry Van, Flatbed, and Step Deck trailers, including access to Amazon loads. Typical duties include transporting goods across various states, performing pre-trip inspections, and maintaining logs via ELD. Perks include access to full corporate fuel discounts at TA/Petro stations of up to $0.80 per gallon and the option to rent a 2023 Utility 53' Dry Van if you do not own a trailer.
