CDL-A Reefer Truck Driver

Shift Transportation is actively seeking dedicated CDL-A Reefer Drivers to join their team. This position offers a competitive compensation package, with drivers earning 34% of the company's weekly gross, which typically ranges from $12,000 to $14,000. Drivers can expect to earn a minimum of $3,700 per week, with payouts disbursed every Saturday. A significant benefit is that no deposit is required to begin working. Drivers will be responsible for operating refrigerated trucks on established routes primarily covering Iowa (IA), Nebraska (NE), North Dakota (ND), and South Dakota (SD). Support will be provided by a Chicago-based dispatcher. Typical duties for this role include transporting temperature-sensitive freight, conducting thorough pre-trip and post-trip inspections, adhering to all traffic and safety regulations, and ensuring timely delivery of goods.
