CDL-A Reefer Truck Driver

The employer is seeking CDL-A Reefer Drivers to join their team. This is a small, honest company that values its drivers. The main operational area is the Midwest, with the company shop and parking located in East Dundee, IL, and an office in Hoffman Estates, IL. Compensation averages $3,000–$4,000+ per week, with pay disbursed every Tuesday. Drivers can also earn 30% or more of gross revenue or up to $1.00 CPM by odometer. The company offers a bonus for clean inspections ($150 / $300 / $500) and pays for detention and layovers. There is no deposit required to start. The fleet includes modern trucks such as Volvo 2023-2024 and Mack 2024 reefers. Drivers can take their truck home, and the company covers parking expenses near home. There is also a possibility to acquire a truck through a payment plan. Trucks are equipped with cameras facing only the road, and PrePass is provided. Drivers can make weekly restarts at home, with home time arranged by agreement. New drivers are welcome, even without prior experience.
