CDL-A Truck Driver - Conestoga / Reefer

The employer is hiring CDL-A drivers for Conestoga and Reefer operations. This role offers a competitive average weekly pay of $4,000-$4,500+, or compensation structured as 32-33% of gross for Conestoga routes, or per mile (CPM) at $1.00 for solo drivers and up to $1.30 for team drivers. Payments are made weekly every Monday, with additional compensation for detention and layovers. Training for new drivers is paid at $150 per day. Drivers will operate new Volvo 2026-2027 Conestoga and Reefer trucks. A key benefit includes the flexibility to take the truck home to any state, with the company covering home parking costs. The employer maintains its own yard and shop located in Elgin, IL. Flexible home time options are available, such as 3 weeks on the road followed by 3-4 days at home, or 4 weeks on with up to a week off. Drivers in the Chicago area may be home almost every weekend, as routes are tailored to preferences. New hires receive covered first ticket and hotel expenses. The employer provides rate confirmations, allows route selection for optimized earnings, and permits pets and family members on trips. No deposit is required for this position.
