CDL-A Truck Driver (Conestoga / Reefer)

The employer is actively seeking experienced CDL-A truck drivers for Conestoga and Reefer routes. This full-time position offers highly competitive pay, averaging $4,000-$4,500+ weekly, which can be structured as 32%-33% of gross revenue for Conestoga loads or a per-mile rate starting at $1.00 CPM, up to $1.30 CPM for team drivers. Payments are made weekly every Monday, and the company reports an average gross of $12,400+ per week across its operations. There is no deposit required to start. Drivers will operate new Volvo 2026-2027 trucks, equipped as Conestoga or Reefer units. A significant benefit is the ability to take the truck home to any state, with the employer covering parking expenses near the driver's residence. The company's main yard and shop facilities are located in Elgin, IL. The role offers flexible home time options: 3-4 days at home after 3 weeks on the road, or up to a week home after 4 weeks. Drivers in the Chicago area can often be home almost every weekend, as routes are customized to driver preferences. For new drivers, the company covers the cost of the first travel ticket and hotel accommodation. Training is also provided and compensated at $150 per day. The employer ensures detention and layover are paid. Drivers are provided with rate confirmations, allowing them to choose routes and work tactics for better pay.
