CDL-A Truck Driver - Conestoga / Reefer

The employer is seeking CDL-A truck drivers for Conestoga and Reefer routes. Drivers can expect to earn an average of $4,000-$4,500+ per week, with payments processed every Monday. Compensation models include 32-33% of gross for Conestoga loads, or up to $1.00 CPM for solo drivers and up to $1.30 CPM for team drivers. The company reports an average weekly gross of $12,400+ per truck. The fleet consists of new Volvo 2026-2027 Conestoga and Reefer trucks. Drivers have the convenience of taking their truck home to any state, with the employer covering home parking costs. The company maintains its own shop and yard located in Elgin, IL. Flexible home time options are available, such as 3-4 days home after 3 weeks on the road, or up to a week home after 4 weeks. Drivers residing near Chicago may be home almost every weekend, and routes are tailored to individual driver preferences. New drivers receive comprehensive support, including a paid first ticket and hotel stay, and compensated training at $150 per day. Both detention and layover times are paid. Drivers are provided with rate confirmations and are empowered to choose optimal routes and work strategies.
