CDL-A Truck Driver (Conestoga/Reefer)

The employer is hiring CDL-A drivers for Conestoga and Reefer routes. Drivers can expect to earn an average of $4,000–$4,500+ weekly, with payment options including 32%-33% of gross for Conestoga loads or a per-mile rate of $1.00 CPM ($1.30 CPM for teams). The company's average weekly gross is $12,400+. Drivers will operate new Volvo 2026–2027 trucks equipped as Conestoga or Reefer, with no deposit required. Trucks can be taken home to any state, and the company covers parking expenses.
