CDL-A Truck Driver (Dry Van, Flatbed, Step Deck)

VIVIAN EXPRESS is seeking experienced CDL-A Truck Drivers to join their team in Elgin, Illinois. The company offers opportunities for Dry Van, Flatbed, and Step Deck driving. For Dry Van routes, drivers earn 32% of the gross, with an average weekly earning of $3,000-$3,400. Flatbed/Step Deck drivers can earn up to 34% of the gross. The employer provides various benefits including no deposit, $250/day compensation for company-fault repairs, and $150/day for canceled loads or lack of loading. Paid training at $150/day and paid home parking are also provided, along with rate confirmation and flexible work schedules. The fleet consists of 2025 Freightliner trucks that are regularly updated.
