CDL-A Truck Driver

Vivian Express is hiring experienced CDL-A Truck Drivers for Dry Van, Flatbed, and Step Deck operations based out of Elgin, Illinois. Dry Van drivers can expect an average weekly earning of $3,000-$3,400, calculated as 32% of the truck's gross earnings ($10,000-$13,000). For Flatbed and Step Deck, drivers can earn up to 34% of the truck's gross, with truck gross earnings typically ranging from $12,000-$15,000. The employer offers a flexible schedule and supports drivers interested in becoming Owner-Operators. Generous benefits include no deposit, $250/day for company-fault repairs, and $150/day for cancelled loads or lack of assignments. Paid training at $150/day and covered home parking are also provided. The fleet features modern Freightliner 2025 models, regularly updated, with a dedicated shop and yard in Elgin, IL.
