CDL-A Truck Driver (OTR, Dry Van)

Hils Trucking is actively seeking dedicated CDL-A Over-The-Road (OTR) Dry Van Truck Drivers to join their team. This position offers a highly competitive compensation structure, guaranteeing drivers a minimum of $2,500 per week or 32% of the truck's gross earnings, whichever is higher. Typical duties for an OTR Dry Van driver involve the safe and timely transportation of goods across long distances, conducting thorough pre-trip and post-trip vehicle inspections, maintaining accurate driving logs, and ensuring compliance with all state and federal transportation regulations. Drivers will be responsible for the secure loading and unloading of cargo and maintaining positive communication with dispatch.
