CDL-A Truck Driver

Milky Way Express Inc. is actively seeking experienced CDL-A Truck Drivers to join their team. This opportunity offers a highly competitive pay structure, with drivers earning $10,000–$15,000 gross per week, representing 31–34% of the gross earnings. This role is open to qualified drivers across the United States, with support for travel and accommodation upon arrival. The employer provides a modern fleet featuring new Volvo 2026 and Freightliner Cascadia up to 2027 trucks, along with new trailers. Drivers will benefit from 24/7 dispatcher support and the assurance of no required deposits. Additional financial incentives include safety bonuses and inspection bonuses of $250, $350, or $500. Milky Way Express Inc. also covers parking costs and company-paid oil changes, whether performed on the yard or on the road. New hires receive paid flight and hotel accommodations upon arrival, along with comprehensive paid training. Typical duties include operating commercial vehicles for long-distance hauls, ensuring timely and safe delivery of goods, and adhering to all federal and state transportation regulations.
