CDL A Truck Driver (Solo, Team, Owner Operator)

SAMCO FREIGHT is hiring experienced CDL A Solo and Team Drivers, as well as Owner-Operators, for Dry Van, Reefer, and Hazmat freight. The company offers stable employment with regular trips, including dedicated lines and consistent West Coast loads. For Solo drivers, compensation ranges from 32-35% of gross earnings, with weekly take-home pay between $3,500-$5,500 for Reefer/Hazmat and $2,800-$4,000 for Dry Van. Dry Van loads are 70% Drop&Hook. Team drivers can expect 33-35% of gross, earning $2,400-$3,500 per driver weekly. Owner-Operators benefit from a 10% dispatch fee model. Drivers operate modern trucks from 2023-2025 (Volvo/Freightliner) with PM service every three weeks. The employer provides 24/7 dispatch service and offers various bonuses including weekly safety bonuses, clean inspection bonuses, and compensation for detention ($35/hour up to 5 hours, $150/day for layover).
