The employer is hiring CDL-A Truck Drivers for Conestoga and Reefer routes, based in Elgin, IL. Drivers can expect average weekly earnings of $4,000–$4,500+, with pay options including 32-33% of gross for Conestoga or mileage pay ($1.00 CPM solo, up to $1.30 CPM for teams). Payouts are weekly, and detention/layover is compensated. Drivers will operate new Volvo 2026-2027 tractors with Conestoga/Reefer trailers; tractors can be taken home to any state, with company-paid parking. Flexible home time includes 3-4 days home after 3 weeks or up to a week after 4 weeks; Chicago-area drivers can be home almost every weekend, and routes are customizable.
