The employer offers consistent freight, specializing in Dry Van, Reefer, and Hazmat cargo, with a significant portion of Drop & Hook loads. For Solo drivers, weekly gross earnings range from $9,000-$13,000 for Dry Van (estimated $2,800-$4,000 net weekly) and $12,000-$16,000 for Reefer Hazmat (estimated $3,500-$5,500 net weekly). Team drivers can expect gross earnings between $14,000 and $20,000 weekly, with each driver earning $2,400-$3,500 net weekly. Owner-operators benefit from a 10% dispatch fee model. Annualized salaries for employee drivers range from approximately $124,800 to $286,000 depending on the role. Drivers will operate modern trucks from 2023-2025 (Volvo/Freightliner) with PM service every three weeks.
