For solo drivers, weekly earnings range from $2,800-$5,500, depending on freight type (Dry Van, Reefer, Hazmat). Team drivers can earn $2,400-$3,500 per week per driver. Owner-operators work on a 10% dispatch fee model. The company offers a modern fleet of 2023-2025 Volvo and Freightliner trucks, with preventative maintenance every three weeks. Drivers benefit from weekly safety and clean inspection bonuses. Detention pay is $35 per hour for up to 5 hours, with a $150 per day layover fee thereafter.
