CDL A Truck Drivers (Solo, Team, Owner-Operators)

SAMCO FREIGHT is hiring CDL A drivers for solo, team, and owner-operator positions. The company specializes in dry van, reefer, and Hazmat freight. This role offers stable, permanent employment with regular trips and dedicated routes, including consistent West Coast loads. Solo drivers can expect weekly earnings ranging from $2800-$5500, depending on the freight type (Dry Van, Reefer/Hazmat). Team drivers can earn $2400-$3500 per week per driver. Owner-operators are subject to a 10% dispatch fee. Typical duties for CDL A drivers include operating heavy trucks, transporting goods across state lines, performing vehicle inspections, and ensuring timely and safe delivery of cargo. The fleet consists of modern 2023-2025 Volvo and Freightliner trucks, with PM service provided every 3 weeks. Drivers benefit from weekly safety bonuses, clean inspection bonuses, detention pay ($35/hour for up to 5 hours), and layover pay ($150/day). A 24/7 dispatch service is also available for support.
