CDL Driver - Dry Van / Reefer

The employer is seeking experienced CDL Truck Drivers for Dry Van and Reefer routes based out of Summit, Illinois. This position offers competitive weekly earnings, with Dry Van drivers potentially earning $3,200-$3,500+ per week and Reefer drivers $4,000+ per week. Drivers can also opt for a 32% share of the gross revenue, which typically ranges from $10,000-$14,000+ weekly, or choose per-mile pay at 85¢ for Dry Van and 95¢ for Reefer. Detention and layover are paid, and bonuses are provided for clean inspections. The company operates modern Freightliner Cascadia trucks from 2025-2027, available for Dry Van and Reefer operations, with Flatbed and Step Deck options also present. The employer covers flights and hotel costs for relocation and can assist with truck leasing or lease-to-own programs without requiring a deposit.
