CDL Solo Driver (Flatbed/Stepdeck/Conestoga)

The employer is seeking CDL Solo Drivers for flatbed, stepdeck, and Conestoga trailers. This role offers the potential to earn over $150,000 annually, with compensation ranging from 30% to 32% of gross revenue, often exceeding $1 per mile. Routes originate from the company yard in Chicago, IL, covering regional runs in Illinois, Utah, Ohio, and Texas, as well as Over-the-Road (OTR) options for maximum mileage. Drivers can choose flexible schedules such as 2 weeks on/4 days off, home weekly for specific routes, or regional options. Drivers typically average 3500-4000+ miles per week. The company provides modern trucks (2025-2027 models) and ensures no tarping is required for loads, saving drivers time and effort. Drivers will have access to direct contracts, company brokers, and specialized military and heavy haul freight. No upfront deposits are required to start. Owner-operators are also invited to partner, with access to company flatbed, stepdeck, and Conestoga trailers, as well as heavy haul and contract loads.
