DIVINE is currently seeking professional CDL drivers for both Solo and Team positions operating out of bases in Sacramento, California, and Pennsylvania. Drivers can expect a steady workflow with routes typically lasting between 10 to 14 days, offering flexibility for planned home time and scheduling to meet individual needs. Compensation is highly competitive, offering 75 cents per mile (CPM) for solo drivers and 90 CPM for teams. Estimated weekly earnings start at $2,700, with high-performing drivers earning between $3,000 and $3,500 depending on mileage and schedule. The employer provides additional pay for stops, including $50 for pickups and deliveries, $30 for hook and drop actions, and $50 for extra stops. Bonuses are available for clean inspections ranging from $100 to $300, along with a $1,000 referral program. Typical duties include safely operating heavy trucks over long distances, managing cargo in dry van or refrigerated trailers, and maintaining accurate logs. All work is performed strictly according to logbook regulations, and the company provides full support for drivers who need assistance with ELD systems or documentation processing.
