CDL Solo & Team Truck Drivers

DIVINE is seeking experienced CDL drivers for both Solo and Team positions. The company operates Coast to Coast routes, with primary bases located in Sacramento, California, and Pennsylvania. Drivers will be responsible for transporting goods using Dry Van and Reefer trailers. This role offers flexible scheduling, with typical trips lasting 10-14 days and allowing drivers to plan their home time. The employer provides assistance with ELD and documentation if needed. Compensation for Solo drivers is 75 CPM, and for Team drivers, it's 90 CPM. Estimated weekly earnings start from $2,700, with top performers potentially earning $3,000–$3,500+ depending on miles and schedule. Additional payments include $50 for pickup/delivery, $30 for hook & drop, and $50 for each extra stop after the fourth. Performance bonuses are offered for clean inspections ($100, $200, $300), along with a $1,000 referral bonus for bringing in new drivers.

No strict experience requirements for insurance purposes. For Solo drivers, real driving experience is desired. Work is fully by logbook.
