CDL Truck Driver (Solo & Team)

DIVINE is seeking experienced CDL drivers for both Solo and Team roles. The employer operates with Dry Van and Reefer trucks, handling Coast to Coast routes with primary bases in Sacramento, California, and Pennsylvania. Drivers can expect an estimated weekly income ranging from $2,700 to $3,500+, depending on miles and schedule, with strong drivers potentially earning more. Compensation includes 75 CPM for solo drivers and 90 CPM for team drivers. Additional payments are provided for pickup/delivery ($50), hook & drop ($30), and extra stops ($50 after the fourth stop). The company also offers performance bonuses for clean inspections ($100, $200, $300) and a $1,000 referral bonus for bringing in new drivers. Typical duties involve operating commercial motor vehicles over long distances, ensuring the safe and timely transport of goods across state lines, and adhering to all federal and company regulations. Drivers will manage their logbooks diligently. Trips usually span 10-14 days, and drivers have the flexibility to plan their home time and overall schedule.
