Construction & Finishing Professionals (10+ Years Experience)

Whitetail Construction & Development Group is seeking experienced and professional builders and finishers for construction, renovation, and finishing projects in Toledo, Ohio. The employer is looking for skilled craftsmen proficient in framing, drywall/sheetrock, painting, tile installation, stone and brick work, roofing, various flooring types (hardwood and vinyl), kitchen and bathroom remodeling, siding, window and door installation, and general carpentry and finish work. Compensation is offered at $28–$35 per hour. Work schedules typically range from 7:30 AM to 5:00 PM, 8:00 AM to 5:00 PM, or 9:00 AM to 6:00 PM. The company offers flexible employment options, including W-2 (employee) or 1099 (contractor) arrangements. A significant perk for new hires includes free housing for the first three months.
