Demolition Crew Leader / Driver

An employer in Vista is seeking a Demolition Crew Leader and Driver to manage interior and exterior demolition projects. The role involves leading small crews of 2–4 workers, operating demolition tools, and handling construction debris removal and jobsite cleanup. You will also be responsible for driving a company F-350 truck with a dump trailer and performing landfill runs. Typical duties for this position include coordinating team tasks, ensuring site safety, and maintaining equipment. This role also provides support for specialty projects involving pavers, artificial turf, and Bobcat operations.
