Flatbed Truck Driver

A small transport company is seeking experienced Flatbed Truck Drivers for long-term cooperation. This Over-The-Road (OTR) position involves spending 2-3 weeks on the road at a time, covering 3,200–4,000 miles weekly. Drivers can expect competitive weekly earnings between $3,000–$5,700, with payments made every Friday. Compensation can also be structured as 27-32% of revenue or up to $0.90 per mile. No upfront deposit is required. The employer offers significant bonuses, including $1,000 after three months of employment, and additional bonuses for clean DOT inspections, truck stop parking, and hotel stays after three weeks on OTR routes. Typical duties include securing and tarping loads, adhering to all traffic laws, and performing pre-trip and post-trip inspections.
