Home Health Aide (HHA) and Personal Care Aide (PCA)

Good Care Agency is hiring Home Health Aides (HHA) and Personal Care Aides (PCA) to provide essential care for elderly individuals and people with disabilities across all five boroughs of New York City. The role involves assisting clients with daily living activities, providing companionship, and ensuring comfort and safety within a home setting. Typical duties include monitoring patient health, assisting with personal hygiene, and maintaining a clean environment for the client. This position offers a highly competitive starting rate of $21.57 per hour with overtime pay at $29.48 per hour. Employees benefit from a flexible schedule ranging from 1 to 7 days a week, with shifts lasting between 4 and 13 hours.
