Home Health Aide (HHA) and Personal Care Assistant (PCA)

Good Care Agency is hiring Home Health Aides (HHA) and Personal Care Aides (PCA) to provide care for elderly individuals and people with disabilities throughout all boroughs of New York City. The agency offers a supportive environment focused on providing comfort and peace of mind for families. For new employees without certifications, the company provides and pays for necessary HHA and PCA training courses. Typical duties for these roles include assisting clients with daily living activities, providing personal care, and monitoring the well-being of patients in their homes. This position offers a highly flexible schedule ranging from 1 to 7 days per week with shifts lasting between 4 and 13 hours. There are also opportunities to increase working hours based on specific conditions. The compensation package is comprehensive, featuring a base pay of $21.57 per hour with overtime pay at $29.48 per hour. Employees receive weekly pay, a Wage Parity Benefit Card, and are eligible for a bonus of up to $1,500. Additional benefits include two weeks of paid vacation or sick leave, a 401(k) retirement plan, medical insurance, and paid in-service training sessions. Staff also have access to support from insurance agents and legal counsel.
