Kitchen and Bath Designer | Sales

The employer is seeking a professional Kitchen and Bath Designer to join their sales team in Bensalem, Pennsylvania. The role involves consulting with clients to create customized design projects for kitchens and bathrooms, utilizing deep knowledge of cabinetry materials and constructions. Typical duties include meeting with customers to understand their needs, preparing design layouts, and closing sales to meet performance targets. This full-time position offers a competitive compensation package starting at $18 per hour plus a 2% sales commission, with increased commissions for reaching goals and an annual bonus. The schedule is Monday through Wednesday and Friday from 8:00 AM to 5:00 PM, with every second Saturday from 8:00 AM to 3:00 PM. Employees receive one weekday off and Sundays off, with no evening shifts required.
