Job description
The employer is seeking a dedicated Kitchen Installation Assistant to join their team. This is a 1099 contract position, with compensation based on completed work (per check). The role is based out of the Gravesend neighborhood in Brooklyn, New York, and involves travel for installations across New York, Connecticut, Pennsylvania, and New Jersey.
Typical duties for this role include assisting with the unloading and transportation of kitchen components, assembling cabinets, installing countertops, and fitting various kitchen appliances. The assistant will ensure all installations are performed accurately, efficiently, and to high quality standards, helping to maintain a tidy and safe work area throughout the process.
Candidates must have mandatory experience working with furniture. This position requires someone reliable and capable of working effectively in a dynamic environment, traveling to different job sites.
