OTR CDL-A Dry Van Driver

The employer is seeking CDL-A Dry Van Over-The-Road (OTR) Truck Drivers. This position is based out of Chicago, Illinois, with primary routes between Chicago and California, including potential routes through Denver and Dallas. Drivers can expect to be home weekly for a restart. Compensation includes $0.75 per mile, $150 for downtime, and $50 for each extra stop or delivery. The company operates a modern fleet of 35 dry van trucks, with new 2026-2027 models and 2027 trailers. Drivers will benefit from dedicated routes and 100% drop-and-hook operations in Chicago, with 50% of all loads being drop-and-hook overall. The employer provides in-house service at their Elk Grove Village, IL location, along with roadside assistance and compensation for driver-performed repairs. There are two terminals in Ontario, CA, and Commerce, CA, with dispatchers located in Chicago.
