Whitetail Construction & Development Group is actively seeking experienced and professional construction and renovation specialists to join their team in Toledo, Ohio. The employer is looking for skilled masters capable of performing a wide range of construction, repair, and finishing tasks. Key areas of expertise sought include framing, drywall/sheetrock installation, painting, tile installation, stone and brick work, roofing, flooring (including hardwood and vinyl), kitchen and bathroom remodeling, siding, window and door installation, carpentry, finish work, and general construction. This opportunity offers a competitive hourly wage of $28 to $35, which annualizes to $58,240 - $72,800. Various work schedules are available, including 7:30 AM to 5:00 PM, 8:00 AM to 5:00 PM, and 9:00 AM to 6:00 PM. Employment can be structured as either W-2 (employee) or 1099 (contractor). A significant benefit for new workers is the provision of free housing for the initial three months.
