Professional Construction Worker / Finisher

Whitetail Construction & Development Group is seeking experienced and professional construction and finishing workers to join their team in Toledo, Ohio. The company is looking for true professionals who value quality work and are committed to stable earnings. This role involves a variety of construction, repair, and finishing tasks. Key responsibilities may include framing, drywall, painting, tile installation, stone and brick work, roofing, flooring (hardwood and vinyl), kitchen and bathroom remodeling, siding, windows and doors installation, as well as general carpentry and finish work. Workers can expect an hourly wage ranging from $28 to $35, with daily shifts typically from 7:30 AM to 5:00 PM, 8:00 AM to 5:00 PM, or 9:00 AM to 6:00 PM. The company offers flexible cooperation formats, including W-2 employment or 1099 contract work. A significant benefit for new employees includes free housing for the first three months.
