Route Service Representative

UniFirst is seeking a Route Service Representative to serve as the primary point of contact for customers on a designated route. The employer requires a dedicated professional to deliver and pick up garments and products daily while ensuring on-time, accurate service. You will be responsible for loading and unloading route trucks, managing inventory, and operating a company walk-in truck. Typical duties for this role include building rapport with clients, identifying upselling opportunities to grow the route, and troubleshooting any service issues that arise. The position offers a stable Monday through Friday daytime schedule with no nights or weekends. Must be at least 21 years old Valid driver’s license with a clean driving record Meet all Department of Transportation (DOT) requirements including a physical exam High school diploma, GED, or military service Ability to lift, carry, and push up to 50 lbs. Capable of remaining on feet for extended periods Prior experience in customer service, route sales, or delivery is a plus
