Job description
Bridgeview Soccer Academy is seeking a motivated full-time Sales Manager to join their growing team in Brooklyn, NY. This offline position requires working from 10:00 AM to 6:00 PM, focusing on converting warm inbound leads from parents into trial lessons, payments, and long-term enrollment in the academy's programs. The role involves processing applications from various channels such as Instagram, WhatsApp, the website, phone calls, and referrals.
Typical duties include communicating with parents, effectively presenting the academy's programs, scheduling evaluation lessons for children, and expertly handling common objections regarding cost or decision-making. The Sales Manager will be responsible for guiding clients through the payment process and maintaining the CRM system and client database to ensure groups are filled. Compensation for this role is competitive, offering up to $28 per hour plus additional bonuses for achieving sales targets.

Requirements
