Security Officer - Secret Clearance Required

The employer is seeking a dedicated Security Officer to provide high-quality security services and safeguard personnel, property, and information. The role involves conducting patrols within and around the facility on foot, bicycle, or vehicle to protect assets and sensitive classified information. Typical duties include greeting employees, escorting contractors to secure entry points, and acting as a first responder during emergency situations or security alarms. Candidates will be expected to follow site-specific performance manuals and report safety concerns or security breaches through written and oral communication. ACTIVE DOD CLEARANCE High school diploma or equivalent, or 5 years of verifiable experience Minimum of three (3) years of security experience on a Department of Defense-cleared site OR Prior military experience Effective written and oral communication and interpersonal skills Exceptional customer service skills Intermediate computer skills
