Truck Dispatcher

The employer is seeking an experienced Truck Dispatcher to join their team in Normal, Illinois. This is an in-office position managing a fleet of approximately 7 to 8 trucks. The role involves coordinating logistics, communicating with drivers, and ensuring efficient route planning and load assignments to maximize fleet productivity. Compensation for this position is commission-based, offering 3% of the gross revenue. The work schedule is set from Monday through Friday, 6:00 AM to 4:00 PM. Typical duties for this role include booking loads, maintaining constant communication with drivers throughout their trips, and managing documentation related to freight transportation. Candidates must be fluent in English to facilitate professional communication with brokers and drivers.

Minimum 1 year of experience as a dispatcher for Dry Van Experience with Open Deck is also considered Mandatory fluency in English Ability to work in-office in Normal, IL
