Warehouse Job Coach

The employer is seeking a dedicated Warehouse Job Coach to assist adults with disabilities in Corona, California. In this role, you will help individuals develop essential work skills, build confidence, and foster independence within a warehouse environment. This is an entry-level position where no prior experience is required, as on-the-job training will be provided to ensure your success. Typical duties for this role include supervising participants, providing hands-on instruction for warehouse tasks, and modeling professional behavior. The position offers a consistent schedule from Monday through Friday, 7:30 AM to 3:00 PM, totaling approximately 35 hours per week. Compensation is set at $18.00 per hour with weekly pay cycles and the option for direct deposit. Candidates must be at least 21 years old and possess a valid California driver's license with a reliable personal vehicle and insurance. This role is ideal for patient, positive individuals who are passionate about supporting the special needs community and can maintain excellent attendance. Applicants must also be able to pass a standard criminal background check in accordance with state laws.
